Shipping, Exchanges & Returns
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
- Refunds and Exchanges will be offered for any items where the Returns are initiated withing 15 days of receiving the product.
- Any Returns initiated outside the 15 day period are not eligible for Refunds or Exchanges
- Items bought with an offer applied will be refunded after adjusting the offer discount
- Orders are processed within a few hours of receipt. If you need to cancel or change an order, you must make any changes within 2 hours of your order time otherwise your order might already be packed and ready to ship
- Once your return has been received and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by the method mentioned below.
- www.silvertraq.com can only accept returns of product bought directly from our online store.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges of items purchased at any other online location for any reason.
- For hygienic reasons, please make sure that any bottoms are tried on over your own underwear.
REFUNDS FOR ARTICLES BOUGHT IN BUY 1 GET 1 OFFERS:
- In case you are returning 1 article in Buy 1 Get 1 Discounted orders, the proportionate discounted amount as shown on the delivery invoice for that article will be refunded to you via Store Credits Only
- Alternatively you can return both articles for a full refund
- Same rule also applies for for Buy 2 Get 2, Buy 3 Get 3, Buy 4 Get 4 and Buy 5 Get 5 schemes
REFUNDS FOR ONLINE PAYMENTS
Returns for Orders that have been paid through Credit / Debit cards can be processed in the following ways:
1. Refund to the Credit / Debit card through which the order was placed
2. Store Credit for Order amount
REFUNDS FOR CASH ON DELIVERY ORDERS
Returns for COD Orders can be through the following modes:
1. Store Credit - Store Credit has lifetime validity and can be used on all products
2. Refund via Bank Account
WHAT ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED?
- We do not accept Returns for Underwear for hygiene reasons
- We accept returns / exchanged within Fifteen (15) days of purchase on regular priced items
- Merchandise must NOT have been WORN, WASHED or ALTERED; and MUST HAVE ORIGINAL HANG TAG ATTACHED.
- Any merchandise returned missing hang tags; in a dirty, worn or poor condition; or without any Return Authorization cannot be refunded. It is then up to the customer to arrange shipping if they would like the item sent back to them.
HOW DO I RETURN / EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?

Email care@silvertraq.com, quoting your order #, within fifteen (15) days from the date of receiving your order, so we can issue a Return Authorization # and Initiate a pick up if your pin-code is eligible for the same. The Pick up will be done within 3 days of the Return Request. We will process your exchange within 2 - 4 days of the pick up. Refunds can take up to 7 - 10 business days to be processed.
